Shipping policy
Little Ti Studio delivers within Australia and internationally to selected countries.
- Shipping within Australia is $5 or free for orders of $10 or more.
- International shipping is $15 or free for orders of $50 or more.
International shipping only available to residents in: New Zealand, UK, US, Canada, EU, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines.
Shipping for Mail Club membership and pre-orders differs due to the subscription and snail mail nature. Mail Club orders are shipped free for residents in Australia, or $3 AUD for international pen pals.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase, except for Mail Club subscriptions, which are dispatched between the 24th and 30th of each month.
All orders are sent via Australia Post using standard letter delivery service unless otherwise stated. This service does not include tracking.
Estimated delivery timeframes are from dispatched date:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International: 15+ business days (depending on location, customs processing, and seasonal delays)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or factors outside our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post and/or international postal services.
