How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is free. International shipping is $3 AUD (calculated at checkout).

Is there a cut off date for each month?
Yes! Please join by 23rd (Australian Eastern Standard Time) of each month to receive the advertised letter. If you sign up after, you will receive the following month's letter.

Do you use AI for your artwork?
Absolutely not - I create all my artwork using Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. 

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel via your Customer Portal or send me an email to hello@littletistudio.com.

When will I receive my letter, and will I get tracking details?
Mail club letters are posted between 24-30 of each month via Australia Post regular mail, which means no tracking. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia and 15+ business days internationally from the dispatch date.

When am I billed each month?
You’re charged monthly on the day you joined. For example, if you joined on the 22nd of August, your next billing is on 22nd September.

I need to update my address. How do I do that?
You can update your details via your Customer Portal or send me an email to hello@littletistudio.com.

Oh no! Please send me an email via hello@littletistudio.com if you haven't received your letter 15 days since receiving your dispatched email.
